Smart TV Error During Launch

My TV is showing this error whenever I launch the it: Samsung tv please go into service mode and setup below options - type, local set, front color option.

Yes, it happens every time that I turn the TV on.

Same issue. I've read you have to use a Samsung Remote to hit Info, Menu, Mute, Power, but my 43" version din't come with those buttons and came with a slimmed down remote.
