Good evening, my smart TV (UN65NU8000FXZA) recently lost all ports (HDMI, Antenna, USB).  We can only use it with Wifi.  Any way to reset or replace this module?

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

Would love to reset it to factory default however it is grayed out and when I select a pop up says “This function isn’t available”.

Do you have the unit plugged into a surge protector or a wall socket? Try unplugging the unit for 2 minutes and retrying directly into a wall socket.

Hi Larry, thank you for that suggestion, that got some progress.  I unplugged the TV and left it that way for an hour or two.  When I plugged it back in directly I could reset back to factory default however still no luck on HDMI or Antenna signals.  So my original issue still exists.  Any other suggestions?
