Smart hub apps won’t open

I can’t open any apps on the smart hub. UN75800D software up to date version 1251.  YouTube, Netflix, Prime video, And Hulu all will not open. Selecting them does nothing. Selecting the Samsung “APPS” briefly shows the loading circle then disappears opens nothing. I have done the cold reboot with the remote and by unplugging. I have reset the smart hub 4 times and reset the whole TV twice and it still will not work.

After a verification session where it was confirmed that more than a reset was needed. The solution was to install a new motherboard.
