The bass and volume drops out and the sound is constantly changing on Smart Samsung UN75NU800.
Happens on directv and Netflix. Have been thru all trouble shooting and seems to be getting worse. Purchased 11/2018.
Yes, I have done that. And last Thursday, March 25, A woman from Squaretrade(the Allstate insurance company that supplies 3 additional years of warranty to Costco purchased TV’s) directed me thru all kinds of testing and resetting. On Friday the 26th, the sound dropped out even worse than it had before.(Even though the Squaretrade rep made the comment, “Trust me, it will never happen again.” Michael
Are you using just the tv speakers or do you have a soundbar attached to it? Are you using the apps on the tv or apps on a Roku or some other device?
