My friend's Samsung TV is flashing and making honking noises. She called Samsung support and they didn't know what she was talking about. Has anyone else seen this? How can we explain this better to Samsung support?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This is defiantly a strange one with the TV flashing and making that sound. The only steps would be to power cycle the TV by unplugging it and replugging it back up. After that this will require service. Depending on the warranty you will have a couple of options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
