I purchased a 55 inch UN55RU7100FXZA 4K UHD 7 Series TV December 2019 and one side of the sceeen went dark. Contacted Samsung and was told my warranty is up and i would have to pay out of pocket. I THINK THIS IS WRONG, my TV is not even 3 years old and Samsung is supposed to be a quality brand. I should not have to pay for this, especially because this is not my fault. Also it seems like alot of people is having the same issue. Samsung should fix this issue immediately i am not happy about this and wont purchase another SAMSUNG TV IN THE FUTURE!!!!
