I have a 5 year old Samsung 50” tv model UN50J200AFZA. Initially got a white discoloration in the left corner of the screen. Then multicolored vertical lines and then there was the smell of smoke. I turned the tv off and noticed the screen and trim in the lower left corner began to melt. Seems there is several postings on the same issue and same model. I know this is out of warranty but it’s obviously a factory defect. Is anything being done by Samsung to make this right.
