I have a 43-inch Smart TV that's stuck on an HDMI screen.
Here's what I've tried:
1) replacing the batteries in the remote - no difference
2) unplugging all of the antenna and HDMI cables - no difference
3) Pressing the power button down for 30 seconds – it reboots, shows the Samsung smart tv screen, then goes back to this.
4) Unplugging for ten minutes, walking away and plugging back in – still leads to this HDMI screen
I can't even check the software because it won't let me off this screen.

Are you able to change the source at all? Are you able to see the menu?

No, not at all. The only thing that happens is that the TV reboots and I get the smart tv icon before going back to that screen.

You have already tried all pertinent troubleshooting, the next step would be service.
You can find a local repair center using the following link: Link

So this has changed slightly. Now the TV will switch from HDMI to TV, but the Smart TV logo keeps coming up, as if the TV keeps rebooting. This sure seems like more of a software than hardware issue. Is there any solution I can try? You don't have any authorized repair shops in my area.
