I have a UN55KS800DFXZA Series 800 TV that I’m trying to connect via ethernet. Every time I plug the cable in it says no ethernet cable detected. The DNS setting is AUTOMATIC. I tried manual using 22.214.171.124 but no luck. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Samsung and got no where.
Any help would be most welcome.
Thanks for the reply. I can’t see anyi.d. on the cable but suspect it is cat 5.
On my support screen the options are
Signal info (greyed out)
Reset smart hub
I ran the smart hub connection test and everything was ok.
