We purchased a Samsung model QN65Q80TAFXZA several months ago. The television loses its wife connection about 5 or 6 times in the last few months. Our Modem/Router will be up and running and all of our other devices will be running 5-by-5 on the network. Also, streaming services that we view on the TV can be streamed on the other devices. After resetting the modem/router, the TV will not connect to the network. After unplugging the TV and resetting it, I am able to get the TV to connect after configuring the TV for the network from scratch. Also, sometimes I had to do the wifi connection twice and then it would connect on the second attempt. TV has up to date firmware.
