I just bought a new Crystal UHD TV the other day. As I was running through the setup steps, it asked me to agree to the terms and conditions. Upon trying to do so I got an error that said the server was down for maintenince and to try again later.
Since I cannot use Netflix, for example, without accepting the terms, it's quite important. Does anyone have information on how long it will be down or a way around it?

Can you try the following?
Turn on the TV.
Press and hold Power on the remote until the television turns off and back on.
Reconnect to your WiFi network.
No, I was eventually able to do it. I read about trying to use the "SmartThings" app, so I did. I wasn't able to complete the process via my phone for some mysterious reason, but when I went back to the T&C screen on the TV I was able to agree to them and continue.
Honestly, it was really a mess of a process.
Hello I am experiencing the same T&C issues with a TU7000 UHD Crystal. "server under maintenance". Attempted 20+ times today. Please assist, cannot use any smart TV features.
SamsungGill. I'm having the same problem. New 43" Crystal UHD, been trying to download the terms and conditions for days, keeps saying server is under maintenance. Try again later. (1000-7) I've tried probably 30 times over the past 3 days. Please help! Very frustrating!
You will need to factory reset the television. The T&C Acceptance screen is part of the initial setup.
