Tv not recognizing hdmi devices.

TV model #PN64F8500AF not recognizing hdmi devices. Tried other hdmi port and other cable.

Have you tried HDMI 2.1 ?? they are new types of HDMI cables that are quickly becoming the system standard. If you bought a new tv, the codec for them might have updated. just a thought. Hope that Helps. Happy Thanksgiving
