I have the model un75j6300af, and it recent started going to a dark backlit screen after displaying the "Smart tv" logo at start-up. I am unable to use the power joystick on the back side, and the remote doesn't show any options. The "Smart tv" start-up display is perfect. Any ideas on a potential fix?
I've tried to follow some of the processes outlined online, but I can't see anything on the screen. Is there a definitive reset I can do without seeing anything on the screen?
