Connected my new Mac Mini with Apple Silicon to the 32" Samsung TV with HDMI. Image looks generally good, but at 1920x1080 the text is pretty fuzzy. A bit better at 1600 x 900. There don't appear to be any settings for either the TV or the Mac mini that can improve it.
