UN40MU6300 UHD Smart TV color spot

Via my phone it shows as a large purple spot. To the naked eye, it's more blue in color.

 

It's been there 2 months. It's not burn in and not a pressure point issue. It's across all apps/devices. It appears to be getting progressively worse.

 

Any advice/help/fix is appreciated. We don't have another $400 to replace it.

Any change to the spot if you power on the TV with nothing connected? Have you also already tried a reset of the TV?

No difference with our without connections. Reset did nothing.
