UN40N5200AFXZA A/V out of sync

On xfinity, there is a lag between audio and video. I tried fixing it with the advanced sound setting (between 80 and 120 %) but it didn't help. However, when I connect it to my Fire Stick, the sound is perfect. How do I fix the sound without the Fire Stick?

Are you using the TV speakers or are you using a sound bar?

I returned the TV. Samsung determined that ot was defective.
