My 55 inch keeps power cycling on and off repeatedly. Have tried different outlets unplugging letting it sit. Nothing is plugged into the TV except power cord. Checked voltages from the Power supply board and a couple of the voltages periodically drop to 0 and then come back up. Replaced most of the capacitors on the power supply board but the problem persists. I have a power supply board on order, but feel this may not actually be the problem. Any ideas?
model number is UN55D6000SFXZA, Version H302.
Unplug the TV for 30 seconds.
Try to update the software.
Disable the Power On with Mobile option.
This type of issue will need to be addressed by having the unit serviced. If the unit is in/out of warranty you can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location.
Yes, I saw these stock answers already and would not have posted if they worked. As I stated in the problem discription the TV does not stay on for long before the power reset. A software update during this short time would not be possible. Disabling anything via the menus is also not possible. Thanks.
