We have a Samsung HDTV UN55KS8000 from 2016. It completely stopped working in 2018. It was still under warranty at the time and it was repaired by replacing the main board, the power supply and One Connect. The same issue has happened again. Do you have a suggestion what I can do? I did not expect these repairs to fail again within 2 years. Should such a repair not have its own warranty?
Any suggestions please provide them.
