Ever since my family recieved a new router with WiFi 6 capabilities, I cannot get the living room TV to connect to the router, wired or wireless. I tried:
Contacting support for my ISP and from Samsung
Restarting the TV
Restarting the router
Changing the IP address
I saw it connect to the WiFi extender but is intermittent, dropping connection frequently.
If there is a solution, please reply in time. TV model is UN65KS8000.
I understand being unable to connect is frustrating. Is the network you are connecting to on the 2.4GHz of 5GHz band? In the IP settings, is the DNS server set to automatic or manual?
