Samsung 4K TV model number UN65KS8500FXZA. Disney + just goes to a black screen. I have done a factory reset on the tv, i have unplugged and plugged back in the tv. nothing works. past solutions on previous boards do not work for me. You tube does the same thing, along with Hulu giving me an error. Netflix and Amazon Prime work just fine. but these 3 seem to give me alot of trouble over the last 6 months.
Have you verified that the apps you are having issues with are updated to the last firmware? What firmware is your TV running?
