Hi all, Samsung team too!

I purchased a 65 inch uhd UN65NU6070FXZA about three years ago, mounted it once it arrived at home and have not moved it since. A week ago, there were  vertical lines on the left side of the screen. Now the screen goes completely cloudy white and gray but you can still hear the audio. the picture comes and goes but then it flickers on and off. very frustrating, not sure where to start. I googled it and there are a lot of similar cases on this model/year. Are they defective or was there a recall I am not familiar with? can someone out there please assist me on where to start in getting this fixed/replaced/etc? thanks in advance!

Hello, I understand the frustration with your screen flickering, and if this is occurring on all sources and during the picture test this is something that will require service, and you will have a couple of options based on your warranty. 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
