UN65NU6070FXZA lines on left side of screen

My tv a while back started showing vertical lines on the left side of the screen, and I just decided to look into trying to fix it.  I was thinking about replacing the T Con board but was looking for confirmation before ordering the part and going any further.  I'm attaching a picture of the lines for reference.  I already popped the back panel off and tried to reseat the ribbon cables just in case there was a loose connection but the problem persists.
