Have you tried to unplug to reset and start over with the setup? Also, make sure that the unit is connected to a router at 2.4gHz and not at 5.0gHz as it will not connect properly.

Try updating profile and PRL under update settings and then turn off phone and turn back on. I have had the same issues with both my boyfriends and my s10 plus
