Unable to install multiple apps on 65" TU7000

Even though the tv box advertises Hulu and Samsung tv plus it doesn't appear to be working neither of them. Also can't find to download the hbo max app. I have the 50" and haven't had any problems of that kind

I am also having the same problem

No hulu app or HBO Max on my Samsung TV.
