HD and UHD TVsI have a 43 inch Samsung 7 series TV (Model UN43NU7100) that will not log into my Samsung account, so I am not able to download apps like CBS All Access to my tv.
Software is up to date. Current version: 1310.4
Have tried some of the other suggestions from the forum (software update, unplugged TV for 5 minutes, etc.) with no luck.
How do I get my TV connected to my account? Thought that it was rediculous that I needed a Samsung account to be able to add apps to my TV, and am now ANGRY that I can't add apps because my Samsung TV won't accept my Samsung account login. It shouldn't have to be this difficult...

HD and UHD TVsAble to log into the account on Samsung.com. Only have one Samsung account, so no, I have not tried logging in using a different account.
