Update T-KTSNAKUC-1310.4

TV was working until the update mentioned in the Subject. Now the TV screen blinks in and out every few seconds then the screen goes completely black as if turned off but it is still on. Model:UN32M4500b. I tried resetting start setup, then factory reset in hopes of removing the update...No Luck! Can someone Please assist me. Thank You!

 

PS: Home Theater was the closest choice for issues am experiencing.

I'm sorry to hear that, do you by chance have this tv connect to a surge protector?
