Vertical lines on UN65NU6070F

Hi,

I have vertical lines on my 65" LED TV.   I've seen posts here but no solution.  I've run the picture test and the lines still appear.  It says to contact the Samsung Call center with the following information.

 

Model Code: UN65NU6070

Software Version: T-KTSUAKUC-1310.4

 

Please let me know if there is a fix for this...

Thank you for reaching out! Do the lines appear on all sources including the picture test? Can you provide pictures of the symptoms you're experiencing?
