This is the second time that my TV has gone out. This was a very high priced purchase for our family and it does not seem to last very long for the price that I paid. With the family at home with the pandemic (not to mention the upcoming Super Bowl), this did not come at a very opportune time (for the second time). We do not have the means to replace expensive televisions every 3 years on our budget. If this is the case, I will not be purchasing Samsung televisions in the future. Please let me know what resolution to this issue will be.
