Our volume keeps getting stuck. We have tried resetting the Smart Hub several times. It worked a few times, but it no longer works.
We also are having issues where our TV keeps losing connection to the Samsung Server and we can no longer use any of the Apps we put on it (Disney +, Prime, etc). We try to reset and then Accept the Terms and Services, but it won’t let us click accept.
