We have been having volume issues with our MU650D tv where volume will be too loud and can’t adjust or too low and can’t raise. Also the mute icon comes on the left side of tv but we do have a low volume. Our remote is not working will only turn tv off and on. I am getting new remote so that should get me into smart remote hub?  I see there are posts recommending turning auto smart off. Should that help.

Please do not buy a new Samsung remote, we did & it will seem fixed for a few days, but these problems will come back. It is not the remote control, it's an inherent software (or hardware) glitch that will not be fixed until a newer update than 1290.3 comes out, which has been nearly 4 months now.
