Volume not working when using HDMI - Smart Remote

Sound: Logitech soundsystem, connected by optical

Problem: I can't use the volume when i'm using HDMI equipment (Playstation, Wii and so on). The volume are working perfectly when i'm using the Direct TV and all the Samsung Apps.

I have connected the Smart Remote to the Logitech soundsystem, so when i'm using the volume. The remote will ajust the volume on the Logitech soundsystem and not the Smart TV.

I have tried to connect the remote when i'm using the HDMI equipment, but then the volume dosen't work when i'm using Direct TV or the Samsung Apps.

Please help, what to do? - Should it be possible to to use the Samasung Smart Remote to edit the volume on the Logitech soundsystem when i'm using Direct TV, Samsung Apps and HDMI equipment?
