I keep having to unplug my samsung tv because the volume keeps not working. I just bought this tv a week ago. It works fine for about a day after I unplug and plug it back in but I'm not going to have to keep doing this everyday. It brand new. Should I return it and get a different brand or what cuz this is ridiculous. I had no issues like this before with my off brand tv I replaced for this one.
I would make sure the TV is up to date. However, just in case; I would also recommend checking with the retailer to see if they can provide a replacement.
