This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. Volume button will on go between 11-14. Mute will not work and the mute button continues to flash. Model UN65MU6290 / software version T-KTMAKUC-1290.3 / serial <hidden>. I have tried resetting to factory, resetting smart hub, unplugging for 5 minutes.
I noticed that several customers are having the same issue. Could this be a software problem??
Having the same issues. Have you found a fix to this? I read to clear the apps under self diagnosis, that worked for about a week and now it's back to just working on like 3 volumes
That’s the only thing I did and so far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed. Not sure if it had anything to do with but I had recently added a fire stick when my issues started. When I was trying to fix the issue, I unconnected everything, did a restart, but did not add the fire stick back YET.
