Hello,

I’ve been having connectivity with my Samsung tv series 6. There is nothing wrong with my wifi. All other electronics connected to it works fine, except for the tv. I get an error that shows that I am not connected I troubleshoot it and takes long time to reconnect. I have reset the network and modem and still the issue occurs. Any ideas, suggestions will be appreciated!

Does the unit have internet when connected via ethernet cable?
