I can't seem to get any sort of resolution on support, repair or replacement, I just keep getting told to call someone else.

I bought 3x QN85 TVs direct from Samsung, where the warranty was set to expire in Oct '22.  I called in with issues on 8/1 on one of them, with the panel flickering on and off, periodically getting worse.  The tech told me to update the firmware and wait.  It started happening again in January and then started to boot loop.  As soon as it's plugged in, it boots up to the splash screen, then reboots.  The TV accepts no input and can't be even turned to standby when plugged in.  I called back in on 1/31 and was told this was a different issue and they would not help me.

Then I was transferred to another rep who made the connection between my previous issues and the current issues - understanding that the same TV didn't have 2 completely different issues within months and issued an accommodation for a service repair.  I got a ticket to a local vendor, who came out, inspected the TV and determined it needed a panel replacement.

Here starts the frustration.  The local vendor immediately canceled the ticket, citing that they didn't have an ETA on the panel replacement, then referred it to the exchange and refund department.  I didn't receive correspondence through the vendor, I had to find out by calling back to see about my appointment.  The exchange and refund department cancelled my ticket, citing that I have a pending repair in a text message.  Since then, every time I call in, an agent will tell me I'm out of warranty and I have to cite back to older tickets to get them to reissue a ticket with the local repair vendor.  The local vendor then immediately cancels my ticket, siting no ETA on a panel.  I bring this up to the next rep, who says that they can issue a repair order but not with my "one time accommodation".  They proceed to tell me it's not good anymore and told me that the refund and exchange canceled because my accommodation is no good, even though they texted me that they canceled because of the state of the support ticket.

How do I get to someone that can sort this out?  I feel like they told me to wait while I was in warranty so that they could run out the clock and offered an accommodation knowing that I wouldn't actually end up with any service.

Take that tv to the store you bought it from & tell them in person with the TV. They may help you faster when it becomes a "scene." Smh. Thus world has gone to **bleep** in hand basket. Good luck.

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately I bought it directly through Samsung.

As an update:

I got issued my 5th ticket from Samsung for repair by NISI (the local samsung repair shop). I'm over a month in at this point.
