Hello Samsung, I have one of your  $1700 65” TVs that I bought at Costco in 2015. I know, that’s 6 years ago. Who would expect a TV to last 6 years. Me that’s who. I have white spots on my TV screen caused by the LED defusers falling off. I’d like to trade this TV in and receive some credit for it.
I guess this Samsung community is for Samsung owners to use to help themselves. I’ve seen the YouTube videos on how to fix my problem using a quality adhesive. But I didn’t spend $1700 so I could work on my TV. I don’t want to work on it, I want a new TV.
Anybody here ever get credit for a out of warranty Samsung TV?
Thanks for listening. I feel a little better.

I understand how this may be frustrating and want to see if this is occurring on all sources and during the picture test this will require service, you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
