Purchased May 17, 2020
All of a sudden TV turned off. Then continually attempted to turn itself on and off until I unplugged it. Had a home theatre professional look at it to rule out cables, boxes, etc.
It is definitely the TV.
No help from the retailer - told me to contact manufacturer.
No help from online chat as it was not ordered directly from Samsung.
Have been on hold for over 1 hour to speak with a Representative, and nothing.
A repair ticket was created and a technician was suppose to contact me but, it's been 4 days and I've yet to hear from someone....
