I have been calling to get my TV, an 82" Class TU 6950 41C Crystal UHD HDR Smart TV repaired since July 6th. it is now the 15 and my TV is still dead. I created a ticket 4160267323 and then they created a new ticket 4160358259. Every time I call they are very friendly and promise that I will be called back in 24-72 hours. So far I have had no call backs, even when I requested a supervisor. I have always been really pleased with Samsung, and this is the first time I have ever had a problem that required warranty work. I feel like I am getting the run around.
