The TV I just bought has chronic problems of the relevant model, such as light leakage and clouding. I called the service and it was reported that there was a light leak, but Samsung headquarters denied it and claimed it was normal. When I talk to the headquarters again, they express that they will definitely take care of me and remove my grievance, and although they speak politely, they reply that this situation on TV is normal after a day. There is a defect in the television that we paid high prices for and the company does not accept this. Isn't this called fraud? Please think twice before buying a Samsung product.
I hope someone who is aware of the greatness of the brand will hear our voice.
