HD and UHD TVsmodel is UN49MU6290
went to turn on the tv, it had the white horizontal stripe like it normally does, then the screen was just black. no sound, no picture. Turned tv off/on again with remote, same thing. Unplugged/replugged tv from the power strip and it turned on normally.
Have also had issues over the past few days where the volume get stuck. I've done all sorts of power cycling on the remotes (issue happens on both samsung and xfinity remotes). I've disconnected/reconnected wifi. (post https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/HD-and-UHD-TVs/volume-gets-stuck/m-p/1647087#M13938)
I'm just not sure what to do from here. tv is only 2.5 years old. I don't think these two issues are related, but I'm running out of ideas.
