universal remote not available on source menu

I have a un50nu7100fxza 50" television that I can't get my remote to control my Roku device. I have been unsuccessful in support from chat, so I thought I would inquire to this forum.

The photo attached shows by screen when I navigate to the Home Source menu. There is no option for Universal Remote, even though it is mentioned in the manual. Can someone please help me figure out how to successfully connect my Roku box to the Samsung remote that came with my TV?

You mean as shown in the attached screenshot ?

It automagically shows up on our FrameTV ... might check in the actual Settings menu to enable that option

Thanks. . . . I have two Samsung TV, a Series 6 which shows, like yours and a Series 7, which for some reason shows like my screen shot above. . . . It's not a settings thing, I have been on numerous chats with Samsung Tech Support and nothing. . . .

thanks for posting. Hopefully someone will have an idea why Universal Remote is not showing. I've check software updates, I've even reset the TV, nothing.
