Home TheaterOkay. If changing the cord does not work I would recommend service on either the TV or the DVD player.

Home TheaterHave you tried unplugging the unit for about 10 minutes and changing the HDMI cord? Also, what kind of TV do you have?

Home TheaterI would try unplugging the unit and changing the HDMI cord. If that does not resolve the issue I would reach out to Sony and see if they can remotely access your TV.
