The Blu-ray was working fine using the Netflix app pre-installed on the player, then one day there was an update. After the update I can see the app listed and click on it but the screen goes black. I wait for a while to see if anything comes up because the Netflix power up screen is black until the red letters show but nothing. I then tried to hit the back button and the home buttons with no response from the player. This is not working so I have to unplug the power cord it comes back up however if I click on the app it starts this all over again. 🥺
Please tell me how to fix this before I give up completely.
