My Blu-Ray player was working fine until a couple days ago when it started closing Netflix and saying “no disc”. I’ve never used it for discs, so I tried putting a disc in then it proceeded to close Netflix to play the movie. I’ve reset it in the settings, I’ve turned it off and back on, I’ve even tried unplugging it, nothing is working.
Can you provide the full model number of the device and the firmware version the device is running?
To anyone else having this problem a simple switch of hdmi cables fixed my problem. I tried unplugging, factory reset of soundbar and TV and nothing helped. Switched hdmi cable for the source (roku to tv) and it worked right away. Hope this helps
