Connecting Apple TV 4k 2nd Gen (Sound set to Dolby Atmos) to Samsung Q800A Soundbar using Certified UHD eARC HDMI cable into Sounbar and included Samsung HDMI cable eARC out to Samsung Q60A UHD TV using HDMI 2 eARC input not getting UHD video when selecting External Source Soundbar Q800A.

Apple TV 4k under Settings > Video only shows up to 1080 60. Is there Samsung Q60A TV or Q800A Soundbar setting that needs to be set?

You need to have your HDMI cablenconnected from your TVs Audio/HDMI "Output" leading into your soundbar input

That's how it's connected.

Another option would be the use of an optical wire, they can provide better sound quality and more affordable
