I have a Samsung HW-Q900T Soundbar connected to a Q80R TV. The HDMI connection fails at most every few days and sometimes every few hours. The soundbar begins to identify the TV as an external device within the Smart Things app, but the TV will only connect to the Soundbar via WiFi in the TV sound settings. I’m able to fix this temporarily by shutting off all power and reconnecting the HDMI cable, but this gets old real fast when you have to do it almost daily. Have tried multiple HDMI cables, now using an ultra hi-speed cable- the cables are not the issue. Have seen variations of this issue across the internet with no actual permanent solution. Samsung, or anyone else, figure this problem out?
