I recommend not sending them your product. I sent them mine almost a month ago. I have got the run around the entire time. Worst customer service ever!! I finally got told it couldnt be fixed and that I was getting a replacement. Now I get a refund. But I have to send a receipt. Or you get 100 credit from them to use on samsung.com. face it guys are out a blu ray
