I an a valued Samsung customer been a Samsung customer for over 15yrs ! When I call to speak with a  technician I do not want to speak with someone whom doesn't know anything about the products I'm having trouble with! She said she was a trained technician but couldn't get my sound bar issues resolved I did it myself and it wasn't any of the trouble shooting advice she had given me ! I feel Samsung should have real technician not someone reading off a computer screen with a headset!
