Hello, you suggest to do re-pairiing with soundbar and rears during playback? No i have not tried this but i will do it. The hissing noise is actually low but as rear speakers are very near where i s my coach is something i can hear. Also one question pleaae when i choose to increase level of speakers the limits are +3 and - 3. Is this normal?
Thank you for your feedback
Hello Samsung are you there ?
When will I be able to buy some movies with DTS:X and DTS-HDMA ?
The list of movies is growing that I'm not buying because of you.
I don't understand why you simple can't answer something like :
1) We don't ever going to release a DTS:X/DTS-HDMA update
2) The Update is coming in a few months/years
Thanks in advance.
I can even live without dts:x but what really irritates me is that my sub and rear speakers keep losing sync with the soundbar. It was very rare in the first year of use but now it's almost every day.
And even during playback of content. Does anyone have a fix for this?
I was curious to see if they even look at this thread so I posted some profanity in my last post. And they deleted it. So I'll say it again in the pg version.
I'm going to sell this soundbar along with my other Samsung products due to their pathetic support.
LG here I come!
Still no acceptable firmware updates for the HW-K950.
Samsung really burned all customers by deliberately ignoring problems and throwing clueless support at the issues. Sad to see how badly handled this is.
DTS-X support would be a dream for me!
But after I had to return the k950 for service (HDMI-Ports lost connection), they replaced the board. Now I have the first firmware without even DTS-Support and I can't update, because Samsung doesn't update the Multiroom-App. Every attempt to update via USB failed.
But that's not the end. Since last week, the HDMI-Ports are faulty again!
I have two weeks auf warranty left, so I send it in for repair again, but even if I get a repaired one again, I will not have DTS-support.
I really have to say, I'm disappointed.
