1. Connect ps4 yo HDMI-1 on soundbar.
2. Connect sound bar to TV VIA HDMI ARC
(Make sure you connect to ARC on TV also)
3. Go to PS4 audio setting. bitstream must be enabled.
4. If all goes well Atmos should kick on automatically as soon as it receives atmos content through it.
yes, thank you for contributing but i'm familiar of how it's supposed to work and connect. If you actually read my original post, which is ok if you haven't. i know you're only trying to help.
I know how passthrough works and my k950 isn't working properly.
thank you again for trying to help.
So, is this upgrade happening anytime soon ? Otherwise they'd better stop selling 4K Blurays with DTS:X soundtracks on them. Release every 4k in Dolby Atmos !!! Only upgrade to DTS HDMA, maybe that's an easier upgrade for Samsung than a DTS:X upgrade.
(Only when releasing everything in Dolby Atmos from now on offcourse, otherwise release the DTS:X upgrade !!!)
It simple and cheap ..if they alrady have the coding for the next N950 ..why not give it the k950 as well ?.....please make us happy...samsing .show you care for your costumers
